Pay:

$21 per hour Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mold Operator to join our dynamic team in Lombard, IL. As a Mold Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and are familiar with overhead cranes and rotational molding machines, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate rotational molding machines according to production specifications. Monitor the molding process to ensure quality and efficiency. Utilize overhead cranes to transport materials safely. Troubleshooting as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Read work orders to determine parts to be produced. Pour liquid plastic into molds; operate controls of heating equipment to cure filled molds. Qualifications Ability to walk and stand on average 10 hours a day. Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying 50-pound objects on average 25 times a day Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Familiarity with overhead cranes and rotational molding machines is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
