Lead Mixer Operator - Manteno, IL Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Lead Mixer Operator to join their team. As a Lead Mixer Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Mixing Operations team.

Shift:
1st & 2nd (Mon-Fri) What's the Job? Oversee the preparation and mixing of dough batches according to established formulas, recipes, and schedules. Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and staging of ingredients, verifying quality and lot information before use. Operate industrial mixers and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring mix times, dough temperatures, and consistency. Conduct in-process quality checks and make minor adjustments to formulas to meet quality standards. Lead the mixing team by assigning tasks, guiding less experienced team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and GMP procedures. What's Needed? Experience operating industrial mixing equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to troubleshoot mixing issues and make adjustments as needed. Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. What's in it for me?
