Employer Match Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented PCBA Test Operator to perform functional testing on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure proper operation and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic electrical and/or optical testing on production assemblies Operate standard test equipment, meters, fixtures, and tools Follow detailed test procedures and work instructions Accurately record test results and data in required systems Identify and report test failures to the Test Lead or Supervisor Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques Follow all safety, quality, and ESD procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy Ability to read and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Good hand dexterity and visual acuity (close, distance, depth perception)

Manufacturing / production floor setting

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
