Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and superior product quality. Utilize precision measurement tools and microscopes for detailed inspection, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Assist in managing product flow within the molding process, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a safe, efficient workflow and uphold safety standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or

GED. 2-5

years of hands-on experience working with injection molding equipment and assembly processes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating with limited supervision. Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

•6:20 AM Schedules follow a rotating pattern with alternating weekends off. Training for the third shift will be conducted on the second shift for 4-6 weeks prior to transition. Pay Details:
