Job Description:
Job Summary:
  • The Trimmer-3 is responsible for operating trimming presses to remove excess material from forged parts according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate various trimming presses, including mechanical and hydraulic, to trim forged parts.
  • Set up and adjust trimming dies and tooling, ensuring proper alignment and function.
  • Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of trimming equipment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required paperwork.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed. Required Skills and Education
  • Ability to perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
