Job Description

Job Summary Our company is seeking an experienced Melter/Furnace Operators multiple shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for melting and pouring aluminum and magnesium into sand molds, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. We offer competitive pay, a 20% shift differential for the 9am-5:30pm shift, and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and the ability to understand and follow all safety procedures. Possess a technical understanding of furnace operations and components. - Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on furnace equipment. Monitor temperatures, pressures, and other critical parameters effectively. Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance, and safety checks. Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to furnace operations. Perform manual labor and stand for long periods. Collaborate effectively with other operators and staff. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
