Process Technician

Company Information :

A Plastics Manufacturer in Edinburgh is hiring a Process Technician to their team! The company serves many industries including automotive, healthcare, lawn and garden and industrial. Company is hiring immediately! The Process Technician Is responsible for start-up and processing of molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment Will oversee daily production schedules. Is responsible for maintaining production cycle, overseeing temperatures and timing per scientific molding processes. Will also train and assist machine operators. Will participate in sampling of new equipment, troubleshooting processes, performing mold setter and machine operator responsibilities, and more.

Pay/Benefits:

$60,000•75,000/YR (based on experience) Health Dental Vision 401k Profit sharing offered (paid out 2x/year) Location is temperature-controlled

Schedule:

2nd Shift Monday•Friday 4:00PM•12:30

AM Requirements:

Ideally 10-15 years of experience in injection mold Work safe knowledge of equipment (crane movements, machine safeties, electricity, etc.) Understanding of fundamental injection molding processes going from pellet to part Basic understanding of machine/robot sequence programming Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation Basic understanding of mold tooling Understanding of water cooling and air supply system How to apply: Email me your resume to Brianna.
