Job Description
Rolling Mill Unwrap coils, baskets or reels and properly tag. Weld copper wire ends together to feed through machine. Set up machine per order requirements. Consistently monitor machine processes to ensure proper settings and quality. Weigh completed reel and complete paperwork, record and enter data. Use & read micrometers to measure wire. Place completed reel in designated location. Communicate with supervisors & associates. Read and understand manufacturing instructions Follow plant work rules, work instructions, safety rules and established processes, procedures & practices. Maintain cleanliness of work area. Use of tools including (but not limited to) wire cutters, pliers, wrenches, hammer, micrometers, and computer. Other duties as assigned
