Hiring for Machine Operators in Franklin, IN!
Pay:
$21.50 Rotating schedule (12hour shift)
Job Summary :
Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce plastics parts parts that meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time) as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Remove molded parts from machines and trim excess material as required. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors. Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning molds and machines. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing environment is a plus. Basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical processes. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production sheets. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Previous experience as a machine operator
