You will play a critical role in maintaining production throughput, ensuring product quality, and optimizing manufacturing processes through technical expertise and attention to detail. Responsibilities Execute the full setup, startup, and continuous operation of injection molding machinery to meet daily production targets. Conduct rigorous visual and mechanical quality inspections, documenting findings to ensure all output adheres to strict manufacturing standards. Manage raw material inputs, including Vpet, Rpet, and HDPE resins, while identifying materials suitable for grinding and reintroduction. Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate production logs, destruction records, and quality documentation using digital systems like Shotscope, Ignition, and Electric80. Uphold a safe, organized, and clean production environment by adhering to all safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures. Provide operational relief across multiple production zones to ensure consistent line flow and process optimization. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or injection molding environment. Proven ability to operate and adjust complex manufacturing machinery with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of line flow, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies. Proficiency in using computer-based production tracking and management systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly report technical issues and process status. Preferred Skills 4+ years of direct experience in injection molding or similar plastic manufacturing roles. Prior experience in a leadership or project management capacity within a production setting. Advanced technical knowledge of resin systems and material handling. Demonstrated history of identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
