You will be responsible for optimizing line performance, maintaining equipment standards, and contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing workflow. Responsibilities Execute the setup, startup, and continuous operation of injection molding equipment to meet production targets. Perform routine quality inspections and document findings in logs to ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues promptly. Manage raw material identification, including Vpet, Rpet, and HDPE resins, while overseeing the safe reintroduction of regrind materials. Maintain a clean and organized production environment to support operational safety and efficiency. Utilize manufacturing software systems like Shotscope, Ignition, and Electric80 to track production data and line flow. Provide relief support across various production areas to ensure consistent throughput and operational flexibility. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or injection molding environment. Proven ability to operate multiple types of production machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor equipment adjustments. Excellent attention to detail for quality control and accurate documentation. Preferred Skills 4+ years of experience within the plastics or injection molding industry. Previous experience in a leadership or project management capacity. Advanced understanding of complex manufacturing line processes and throughput optimization. Demonstrated ability to train others or lead small team initiatives.
