Job Description

This is a hands-on position working in water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, contents restoration, demolition, and emergency response services. No two days are the same. One day you may be setting drying equipment on a water loss, the next you may be performing fire cleanup, mold remediation, contents pack-out, or emergency board-up work. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, work well with others, and want an opportunity to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. What You'll Do Depending on experience and position level, responsibilities may include:
  • Water extraction and structural drying Fire, smoke, and soot cleanup Mold remediation and containment setup Demolition and removal of damaged materials Packing, inventorying, moving, and cleaning customer contents Setting up containment, staging areas, and air filtration equipment Monitoring drying and remediation progress Leading crews and directing daily job-site activities Communicating professionally with customers and teammates Documenting job progress, photos, and moisture readings Maintaining vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization Following safety procedures and company standards Participating in emergency on-call rotation What We're Looking For Technician Candidates • Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and dependable Comfortable with physical labor and active workdays Previous mitigation or restoration industry experience required IICRC certifications preferred; applicable mitigation certifications strongly valued Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry Crew Chief Candidates • Leadership experience preferred Restoration, mitigation, or construction experience preferred IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.
) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead crews and manage projects in the field Ability to manage projects with a high level of detail and accountability, including consistent DryBook documentation, moisture tracking, photos, and daily job updates Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role requiring:
  • Lifting 50+ pounds regularly Working in crawlspaces, attics, and active construction environments Standing and walking for extended periods Working around demolition debris, moisture, dust, smoke residue, mold, and cleaning chemicals Occasional evening, weekend, and emergency response work What We Offer
