Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling equipment to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires an understanding of food processing and production, as well as the ability to work with machinery in a safe and effective manner. Duties Operate milling equipment to produce high-quality food products. Monitor the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly in a food processing environment. Experience in food production processes is highly desirable. Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials. Forklift certification is preferred but can be obtained after hiring. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
