Job Title:
Injection Mold Operator Job Description As an Injection Mold Operator, you will operate and maintain the production of Injection Molding Machines, tooling, and processes. You will engage in general machine operation and collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to ensure quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting parts post-molding to maintain product integrity. Responsibilities Operate and maintain injection molding machines and related tooling. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize processes. Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating injection molding machines. Experience in injection molding, assembly, and mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Comfortable with using hand tools such as drills, wrenches, and tape measures. Minimum of 6+ months of manufacturing experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of plastic injection processes. General labor experience in a production environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
