  • Friday) A well-established manufacturing company in Edwardsville, KS is hiring for multiple 2nd Shift Manufacturing opportunities starting at $20+/hr!

Batch Weigher Responsibilities:
  • Operating industrial mills, mixers, pumps, and other production equipment
  • Weighing and measuring raw materials according to formulas and batch instructions
  • Mixing batches and following the proper order of ingredients
  • Monitoring equipment and adjusting machine settings
  • Collecting product samples and working with Quality Control
  • Making product adjustments as directed
  • Packaging finished ink into various containers
  • Labeling, canning, repacking, and preparing finished products
  • Operating pump/filter and press-out equipment
  • Moving materials using a forklift
  • Recording production and processing information
  • Performing basic troubleshooting and scheduled equipment maintenance
  • Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas
  • Following established safety procedures and required SOPs Requirements for Mill Operator /
Batch Weigher:
  • At least three months of related manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to follow formulas, written instructions, and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be available
