Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership to the Mold Change team, with a focus on safety and quality Perform mold and version changes according to the production schedule Set up molding machines and ancillary equipment for production Conduct preventive maintenance on molds, including lubrication and minor repairs Troubleshoot equipment issues and repair machine components Ensure all work is completed safely using required PPE and in compliance with standard work Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including CI and 5S efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude 2-5 years of plastic injection molding experience Previous overhead crane experience Proven ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
