Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the Mold Change team, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Perform mold and version changes according to the production schedule
  • Set up molding machines and ancillary equipment for production
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on molds, including lubrication and minor repairs
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and repair machine components
  • Ensure all work is completed safely using required PPE and in compliance with standard work
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including CI and 5S efforts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude 2-5 years of plastic injection molding experience Previous overhead crane experience Proven ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
