Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Foundry Operator to join our team. As a Foundry Operator, you will play a key role in supporting foundry and post-processing operations, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards.

Shifts & Pay Rates:

1st

Shift:

Monday

• Friday, 6:00am
• 2:00pm | $21.

00/hr 2nd

Shift:

Monday

• Friday, 2:00pm
• 10:00pm | $23.

10/hr 3rd

Shift:

Sunday

• Thursday, 10:00pm
• 6:00am | $24.

15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Handle, grind, deburr, trim, and clean cast parts. Prepare parts for the next stage of production. Perform inspections to confirm quality standards. Move parts through the process according to standard procedures. Follow all work instructions and safety protocols. Maintain an organized and safe work environment. Support general manufacturing operator tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical work (lifting, moving materials, standing for long periods). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to follow standard work and safety procedures. Experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us? Team-oriented and supportive environment.
