Company Overview Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards, contributing to our mission of delivering superior products through precision manufacturing. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines to ensure optimal production output. During the molding cycle, operator is responsible for inspecting the previous part as well as packing the completed products. Parts are then boxed by operator. This position requires following schedule supplied by molding manager. Employees are also responsible for continuously keeping area, machine, and tools clean and organized. Other duties as assigned . Requirements Prior experience with presses, factory machinery, and injection molding is desired. Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Strong attention to detail.
