Injection Molding Process Technician / Supervisor Our client is a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician / Supervisor to support daily production and lead a hands-on team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting processes, working alongside operators, and contributing to quality and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping in where needed to support the team.

Shift:

2nd Shift | 4:00 PM - Midnight and will train on Days.

Pay:

Up to $30.00/hour

Position Type:

Direct Hire What You'll Do:

Oversee daily production activities, team performance, and workflow while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Perform injection molding process setup, troubleshooting, optimization, mold changes, and die setting. Lead, train, and support operators while providing hands-on guidance on the production floor. Assist with machine operation, adjustments, and production needs as required. Complete production documentation, monitor processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need:

Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of hands-on plastic injection molding processing experience, including setup, troubleshooting, and optimization. Experience with mold changes, die setting, machine adjustments, and production startups. Forklift/hi-lo experience required; familiarity with Van Dorn machines is a plus. Hands-on, adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support a fast-paced production environment.
