Thursday Starting Pay:
$18/hr. + $1/hr. premium pay Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our plastics injection molding team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing injection molding machines to ensure high-quality production and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate plastics injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications. Monitor machine performance and product quality, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime. Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Document production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the shift. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve production challenges. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in plastics injection molding or a manufacturing environment required. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret production documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight hours. Willingness to work Sunday through Thursday, 10:45 PM to 7:30 AM shift. Work Environment This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
