$20.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type:

Full-Time Responsibilities Operate and monitor extrusion molding machinery to ensure efficient production. Set up, start, and adjust machine settings as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify maintenance when necessary. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety and operating procedures. Qualifications Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working with plastics, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes is highly desirable. Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Able to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working with plastics, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes is highly desirable.
