Molding Operator 3rd Shift

Looking for a new position as a Molding Operator? We have the job for you. Sandusky-based manufacturer specializing in rubber parts that decrease noise and vibration in vehicles is seeking 3rd shift Molding Operators to join their team. Monday-Friday, $18 per hour. Job Summary:

Provide customers with the highest quality parts possible.

Key Competencies:

Basic understanding of company equipment. Ability to interpret requirements and instructions from written documents. Demonstrate initiative in learning, training, performing tasks and quality assurance. Operation of variety of production machines. Loading rubber inserts and other components into machine. Removal of molded parts from molds/press plates. Manual trim and rework as necessary. Excellent attendance and prior work history. Mandatory overtime may be required.

Skills and Requirements:

• HSD or GED required.
• Steel-toe shoes or boots.
• Some manufacturing preferred.
