Opportunity:

Atlas Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company and we are looking for reliable Production Associates like you! Our client is seeking motivated individuals to support their plastic injection molding operations. This role involves trimming plastic components, supporting molding machines, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment. This position may require a skills assessment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Trim plastic parts by removing gates and excess material (flash) according to specifications Operate and support injection molding presses throughout production cycles Inspect parts for quality and identify defects Use hand and power tools such as knives, pliers, grinders, band saws, and sanders Accurately count, weigh, and package finished parts Enter production and process information into a computer system Ensure orders meet customer specifications and quantity requirements What makes you a great fit: Ability to safely use hand tools and work with sharp objects Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic computer and math skills (counting, measuring, using scales/calipers) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Requirements:
