The purpose of this job description is to establish and define the authority, reporting, roles, and responsibilities of a mold remediation technician.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Perform fire and water damage restoration services, ensuring properties are returned to pre-loss conditions. Cross over between mold remediation, water mitigation, and assist with reconstruction. Basic mitigation paperwork. Understand moisture meter and readings. Understand how to set and clean equipment. Payroll app coded daily Understand the IICRC S-500 and the S-520
