We currently have six locations, with more franchises on the way! Moldman Saint Louis is currently seeking an all-star mold remediation tech to join the team. Previous experience is preferred but not required. You will be trained on how to complete the jobs safely and efficiently. Job Description Assist lead technician in successful and efficient mold remediation. Will be working mostly in vacant homes with little to no supervision. Must be a self starter and able to work without much direction Use speciality cleaning equipment and powerful cleaning agents to remediate mold Be detail-oriented and ensure you leave the job site clean with no visible mold Engage in physical labor such as lifting heavy items, demolishing and haul away building materials, going up on ladders and crawling around in tight, dirty spaces like attics and crawl spaces, detailed cleanings, etc. Take safety seriously and follow company safety procedures Drive a company truck or van daily. Work independently or in a team setting Provide excellent customer service at all times Requirements Provide a valid driver's license Pass a background check and drug screening Flexibility to be able to work from approximately 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Most days will be 7:30am - 4pm, but longer days will be needed. Some travel and a few overnights a year will be required Be comfortable getting dirty and working in physically challenging environments that can sometimes be tight and hot (i.e. attics) Tech savvy enough to use a smartphone or tablet Learn more about
