Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Blow Mold Technician with 3-5 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. All 3 shifts available currently. Duties Operate blow molding machinery and robotic systems to produce plastic products, with precision and efficiency Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on blow mold machines, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC equipment, and other industrial machinery Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurement techniques to ensure products meet specifications Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment; utilize hand tools and machine operation skills for setup and repairs Document production data, machine performance logs, and quality control reports accurately for process improvement Assist in the setup and calibration of molds, including plastics injection molding and extrusion processes, ensuring optimal operation of all equipment Experience Proven experience in plastics blow molding or plastics production environment with hands-on knowledge of plastics injection molding or extrusion processes Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocol adherence Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating machine tools such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC machines, and robotic systems Ability to perform precision measurements using measurement instruments for quality control purposes Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments
Pay:
$23.00 - $35.00 per hour
