Role:
Wilson's Ready Mix and Precast is seeking dependable and safety-focused Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our growing team in Webb City, MO . As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate a concrete mixer truck in a safe and efficient manner Deliver concrete to job sites as scheduled Follow DOT and company safety policies and procedures Perform daily truck inspections and report any issues Maintain cleanliness of the truck and equipment Provide excellent customer service on job sites
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position.
You must be able to:
Climb in and out of trucks and work in uneven terrain Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed Perform physical labor such as chipping out drums and handling concrete chutes Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Requirements:
Valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement Minimum 6 months of driving experience Ready-Mix experience preferred Must be 21 years or older Clean driving record and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
