Job Description

•MUST
BE ABLE TO COMMUTE AND/OR WORK IN OLIVE BRANCH, MISSISSIPPI
Pay :
$18.50/Hr •
Shift :
6:45AM-3:15PM + OT

Key Responsibilities System Set-up & Testing:
Perform the physical setup and mechanical assembly of basic systems. Execute functional tests on assemblies and final systems to ensure operational integrity.
Procedural Compliance:
Strictly follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) and manufacturing documentation to maintain consistency and quality.
Quality Assurance:
Recognize and report any deviations from accepted practices or expected test results. Ensure all output aligns with Hyve's high-quality standards.
Production Support:
Assist with the full production cycle, including unpacking components, professional packaging of finished goods, accurate labeling, and crating for shipment.
Collaboration:
Work effectively within a team environment to meet production deadlines and results-oriented goals.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of test results and assembly progress using basic computer skills.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements Experience:
Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electronics testing.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and standardized test processes. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and system navigation.
Physical Demands:
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand for prolonged periods on the production floor. Comfort working on ladders or stools as required for rack assembly.
