IICRC Certification Mold Remediation Certification Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Certified IICRC Mold Remediation Technician to join our growing team. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people restore their homes and health, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform mold remediation in residential and commercial properties per IICRC standards Set up containment and use negative air pressure equipment properly Conduct pre•and post-remediation inspections Safely remove mold-contaminated materials and document all work Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and project managers Maintain equipment and keep detailed job logs Follow all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
IICRC Certification (AMRT or equivalent)•Required 1+ year experience in mold remediation or related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong physical condition•ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces or attics Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends Nice to
Have:
Water damage restoration (WRT) certification Asbestos/lead abatement knowledge Bilingual (English/Spanish)
