HTI is seeking a Process Technician (1st & 2nd Shift) to support injection molding operations at a new automotive manufacturing facility. This position is focused on front-line production support, injection molding operation, and basic technical troubleshooting during an initial production ramp-up. This is an hourly role with overtime expected early and a shift differential for 2nd shift. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st & 2nd shift. The pay range is $23 - $30/hr depending on experience.

High School Diploma/GED Experience with Engel injection molding machines Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn hands-on production processes Basic computer or tablet proficiency Ability to follow documented procedures and quality standardsWhat Your Role Will Look Like:
The Process Technician will support injection molding production by operating presses, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is critical to early production success and ongoing throughput in a growing manufacturing environment. Operate and support Engel injection molding machines Start, stop, and monitor injection molding presses to maintain production flow Perform hands-on production support and troubleshooting Conduct basic preventive maintenance and PMs using manual-based procedures Perform quality control checks including caliper measurements and production charting Utilize basic computer or tablet systems for production and quality documentation Communicate maintenance and facility-related issues to appropriate teams Support overtime and flexible scheduling during initial production ramp-up Follow all safety protocols and encourage a safety-first mindset Maintain compliance with automotive quality standards and process requirements, including IATF guidelines Additional duties as needed and assigned About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
