Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection molding, is seeking a Molding Technician to join their team. As a Molding Technician, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient operation of automated molding cells. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st & 3rd shift What's the Job? Run and support automated plastic injection molding machines and related equipment. Set up and start equipment, perform safety checks, and document production activities. Change molds, materials, and make routine adjustments to maintain process stability. Conduct in-process inspections using basic measuring tools and record data accurately. Operate robots, monitor feeding and capping stations, and respond to alarms and faults. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read work instructions, basic drawings, and quality standards. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
