As a Press Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. Shift:

2nd shift (3pm-11pm) What's the Job? Mold fiberglass parts by resin transfer molding. Assemble parts by operating different equipment Place fiberglass into mold - fiberglass preform or cut to size Weighs part and identify part with serial number and weight Take part off press and smooth edges What's Needed? Basic reading, writing, and math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies What's in it for me?
