Job Description

Due to growth, Bruckman Rubber Co is in need of an expereinced plastic molding technician to make plastic parts both internal and external customers. Starting wage will be set based on experience.
Job Scope:
As a member of the BRC Molding Team, the Plastic Molding Technician will assist the molding department to produce high-quality plastic products. This position requires reading work instructions to correctly operate the molding machines to produce plastic parts, as well as quality inspecting parts to ensure only high-quality products are sent to customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate multiple hydraulic ovens to produce custom plastic parts Quality inspects plastic parts for defects and other cosmetic issues Read work orders to determine products specifications or materials requirements Utilize hand tools to help with inserting and removing parts Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas using carts Minor trouble shooting of hydraulic ovens Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Job Skills:
Attention to detail with a sense of urgency Multi-tasking Independent thinking with minimal supervision Ability to plan ahead Read and follow written work instructions Basic math (adding, subtracting, using calculator) Mechanical skills a plus
Pay:
From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
