We are hiring a Production Laborer for a busy facility in Kearney! This is a hands-on, physically active role working with injection molding machines and sheet metal. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and assist with injection molding machines Bend and move sheet metal materials Lift and move materials up to 40-50 pounds Perform general production and labor duties as needed Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements:

Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn Ability to handle physical, labor-intensive work Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Growth Opportunities:
