Job Description

Die Setter If you have injection molding experience and prefer working nights, then this direct-hire Die Setter role is for you! You'll join a stable Hudson, NH company that offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities of the Die Setter Install, set up, and remove molds (dies) in plastic injection molding machines Connect water lines, air, hydraulics, and electrical components Ensure molds are properly installed and machines are safely prepared for production Start machines and adjust basic process parameters as needed Perform mold changes efficiently to minimize downtime Troubleshoot setup issues and support process improvements Inspect molds for damage/wear and report maintenance needs Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards) Qualifications of the Die Setter High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing environment preferred Experience with mold setting, rigging, and overhead cranes/hoists Ability to read setup sheets, blueprints, and work instructions Basic mechanical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Forklift or crane certification (preferred) Good communication, time management, and prioritization skills Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to frequently stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
