Job Description
Job Summary:
Mercury Systems is seeking the best and brightest talent to help us bring cutting-edge technology to mission-critical aerospace and defense applications, advancing innovation where it matters most. We bridge commercial innovation with defense-grade security to ensure our warfighters and allies have the technological advantage. The Intermediate Test Operator will test products against defined test procedures for all products and work closely with engineering to assure all defects are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. The operator will be in charge of running different tests on various components and documenting test data.Job Responsibilities:
Enter data (manual key entry) in to an excel based test data sheet. Maintain daily log of completed and in queue items. Test modules using lab equipment that has been configured by Test Engineering Perform testing on products where training has been completed Compile accurate and detailed test data Document tested hardware and prepare test data for shipment. Operate automatic and semi-automatic test stations. Perform mechanical assembly when needed. Notify Test Engineering and Quality of equipment that is within 30 days of calibration. Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
High School diploma Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Test software knowledge Knowledge of ESD procedures Interest in learning electronic technologyPreferred Qualifications:

Specific abilities required by this job include prolonged sitting, twisting and working under a microscope for long periods of time will be required. Occasional Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and gripping is required daily. Frequently observe, detect, discern, and convey information. Specific abilities required by this job include near, far and color vision acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Ability to safely control surgical razor blades and small hand tools used to manipulate tuning stub under a microscope. Specific abilities required by this job include the frequent requirement of overtime work. "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position- $38,300.00 - $76,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
- $42,900.00 - $85,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
- $45,200.
