Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Shift:
M-F 6am-8pm, 10-hour shifts (flexible based on talent needs). MUST work 1 weekend day per week! This is a full-time position. Why you should apply to be
Machine Operator:

You'll be: Operating plastic injection molding machines according to job-specific instructions Monitoring machine-made products to ensure quality standards are met Handling parts through processes including gauging, trimming, and assembly Documenting production records, including start-up scrap, production scrap, and downtime Performing visual inspections for defects during operation Executing secondary work/assemblies such as gauging, trimming, and inserting Maintaining housekeeping in your area, including sweeping and vacuuming Packaging and labeling products according to work instructions Escalating issues to supervisors or technicians as needed Collaborating respectfully with supervisors, technicians, and quality staff This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are 18 years of age or older Have a high school diploma or equivalent Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Can sit, stand, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Have full manual dexterity for secondary operations such as trimming and gauging Communicate clearly using verbal and written methods Comprehend written instructions Can work flexible hours, including one weekend day per week and overtime as required Are comfortable moving between workstations when needed Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
