Injection Mold Operator - 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)

We are looking for a reliable operator/packer for our injection mold line on evening shift (3pm - 11:30 pm) to produce, assemble, inspect and pack products.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspection to ensure all products meet quality standards. Package finished products in boxes. Monitor flow of product into and out of machinery. Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment Report potential production downtime, scrap production, and quality of each machine to shift lead. Regular attendance is a basic component of the job. All employees are required to report to their shift on time as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of the job the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear, or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional loud noises. A representative wage range is included in this posting. Final wage will be based on experience.
