Injection Mold Maker Requirements:

7+ years of Molding Making/Repair, Manual Toolroom, or CNC experience required Mold Manufacturing / Plastic Injection Molding experience required Machine Set-Up experience required Experience with Mastercam, Troubleshooting, PM, or Engineering Support preferred Knowledge of

GMP, FDA, ISO 13485

Medical Device MFG or Lab Product MFG preferred Experience with Mold Trials, Production Startups, and Validation Runs preferred Experience with Hot Runner/Valve Gate Systems, Insert Molds (Lifters, Slides, Unscrewing Mechanisms), CNC/Manual Mills, Lathes, Grinders, or Sinker/Wire EDM preferred

Injection Mold Maker Responsibilities:

Builds, repairs, and maintains high-precision plastic injection molds in a regulated manufacturing environment Responsibilities include assembling molds from prints or 3D models, troubleshooting tooling issues, performing preventive maintenance, supporting mold trials and start-ups, implementing engineering changes, assisting with new mold builds, and operating manual and CNC toolroom equipment Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
