Mold Remediation TechnicianWe are seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to join our team responding to mold, water, and property damage jobs in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You'll DoPerform mold remediation at assigned residential and commercial jobs.

Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipment.

Clean, HEPA vacuum, treat, and detail affected areas as directed.

Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Communicate clearly with supervisors, office staff, and teammates.

Follow safety procedures, uniform requirements, and company standards.

Treat customers with respect, professionalism, and integrity.

RequirementsNYS Mold License and/or

IICRC AMRT

certification preferred; training may be provided.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Comfortable performing physical labor in real-world environments, including heat, humidity, and tight spaces.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the workday.

Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

No weekends required.

Pay, Schedule & BenefitsPay Rate:

$30-$34/hour, based on experience and applicable summer hours.

Total Earning Potential:

$55,000-$75,000.Paid training and industry certifications.

Clear path for advancement to Lead Technician and Project Manager.

Full-time and part-time opportunities.

Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work.
