This position is eligible for a $500.00 hiring/retention bonus! Off work
EVERY FRIDAY
at NOON!
Hours:
M-Th, 6:00am-3:15pm; F 6:00am-12:00pm
Starting Pay:
$15.50/hr.
Summary :
Test Operator serves to test/verify product through the Test Cell at production volumes by adhering to customer supplied test criteria (i.e.: test procedures, test software, diagrams, etc.) or other detailed instructions. Responsibilities/Principal Duties Functional test and/or verification of electronic assemblies. Use of written procedures, test software, block diagrams, schematics, and other documentation needed for test operations. Accuracy in keeping product properly organized and labeled in regard to "tested" or "not tested" status during test operations. Use of small hand tools (screw drivers, trim pot tools, etc.). Use of basic diagnostic tools (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.). Accuracy in all applicable paperwork. Use of Windows based computer systems. Communication of failure rates and other production data to the Test Supervisor and/or Production Manager. Housekeeping Maintain a clean and orderly cell. (Test & Solder Supervisor and the Production Manager will walk the cells weekly) Interpersonal Skills Takes responsibility for the quality of one's individual work Demonstrates accuracy and neatness in their work Cooperative and dependable, highly motivated and trustworthy Respects and works effectively with fellow team members Must always be alert and attentive on the production floor Listens to and applies constructive feedback

Education :
High School Diploma or GED Experience :
Prefer experience with testing products is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided as needed.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements :
Work is performed in a climate controlled manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching. Occasional light lifting will be required.
