Job Description

Now hiring Rubber Molders for a manufacturing company in Cuyahoga Falls. 1 st shift: 6am - 3:30pm. Weekly pay ranging between $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Operate rubber molding machines including compression, injection, and transfer. Prepare molds and materials for production runs according to work instructions. Load raw rubber materials into molds and remove finished products. Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain product quality. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Clean molds and maintain equipment to support safe and efficient operation. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous Molding experience is required. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume.
