Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Monday- Friday 2:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate injection molding machine to cast products from thermoplastic materials Mold products according to specifications under heat and pressure Run controls to start the flow of water and release air pressure to the machine Set timing and temperature units and start the automatic feed mechanism Adjust controls to conform to specifications Remove the workpiece from the mold and trim excess material Reuse excess material or unsatisfactory workpieces by regrinding them Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials Install dies on machines according to specifications Follow a formula to mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in a mixing machine Monitor machine temperature, the volume of material, pressure, and speed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gearPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is a plus May need to stand for long periods Work in various weather and temperature conditions Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills May need to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift frequently Follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Great attendance and punctual Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
