Job Description
Glen-Gery Corporation has excellent career opportunities at its Iberia, OH manufacturing facility for highly motivated Grinder Operators. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience working as a Machine Operator in an industrial environment, with the ability to safely operate heavy equipment and maintain consistent production standards. Duties and Responsibilities Operate and maintain a front-end loader Perform daily operation of grinding equipment Meet daily production requirements Conduct inspections and routine maintenance of grinding equipment; assist with repairs as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Required Skills & Abilities Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn automated systems and PC-based controls Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Conscientious approach to quality and productivity Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members Experience operating heavy equipment Mining experience or training is a plus Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills in reading, writing, and basic math Minimum of two (2) years of machine operation or related industrial experience Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
