Job Description

Machine Operator Location:
Kent OH Shift:
1st, 2nd and 3rd
Shift Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour to start.
Slitter Machine Operator Job Duties:
Prepares machine for production by staging rolls, cleaning the machines, guides, and floor. Regulates machining by setting and adjusting controls. Maintains specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls, checking coat weight of product Maintains stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock. Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous Slitter operator experience is preferred, but not required! All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
