Mold Maintenance Technician Massillon, OH DayShift (6:00 AM•2:30 PM, Monday•Friday, overtime as needed)

We are Kind & We are Humble We take Initiative & We are Enthusiastic We Get it Done & We Make it Right Role Overview The Mold Maintenance Technician coordinates all aspects of mold care, including scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, executing repairs, and managing performance data for our fiberglass and resin-based molds.

Areas of Responsibility:

Clean, maintain, and perform detailed inspections on mold components. Determine necessary corrective actions and perform technical repairs or replacements as needed. Maintain a precise inventory of all molds, related components, and materials. Create and update reports to track all maintenance performed within our digital system. Ensure molds are production-ready to meet manufacturing schedules.
