Mentor, OH Pay Based on Relevant Experience We are seeking dependable and motivated Foundry Operators to join our team on 4th Shift in Mentor, Ohio. As a Foundry Operator, you'll support critical vacuum casting operations while working with advanced furnace technology in a fast-paced environment that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Week 1

Key Responsibilities Operate vacuum furnaces, including Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.), and Single Crystal furnaces
Record all required production and process data accurately
Assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including D.S. susceptors, coils, and melt coils
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering specifications, and special lot instructions
Meet established production and efficiency goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Develop a strong understanding of foundry processes and materials
Organize work to support efficient production flow
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Experience Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred
Experience working with industrial equipment or high-temperature processes is a plus
Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
