Job Description
SUMMARY Perform all aspects of ensuring final parts are ready for shipment to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(other duties may be assigned) Mixing materials and casting molds Trim gates off production parts Perform visual part inspection so parts meet customer requirements Clean parts after trimming and prepare them for final shipment. Keep work area safe and clean.QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Good organizational skills, self-motivation, manufacturing experience. Able to work well with others.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School graduate or GED. Experience in manufacturing, silicone or urethane production.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Have the ability to read and understand English. Able to communicate with other workers.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills - ability to apply to work assignments.REASONING ABILITY
Able to see problems and seek solutions. Able to understand and implement instructions.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
