Plastic Process Technician
QUALIFICATIONS
2yrs mfg. exp. in a plastic injection molding facility with 1 yr being in a Process Technician role. Plastic mold repair and set-up. Full understanding of the injection molding process High focus/attention to detail at all times Physical strength/stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time. Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs without assistance) Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines (LOTO). Plastic Process Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full understanding of the injection molding process
  • processing, troubleshooting, machine maintenance, mold repair and set-up.
Maintain machine housekeeping. Injection mold Inspections Knowledgeable on a wide array of resins. Communicate and work with Shift Supervisor and Quality department on approval of parts. Ensure that quality and productivity goals are achieved. All other duties as assigned. Plastic Process Technician
REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of a background screening Drug Free Workplace Must be at least 18yrs of age or older Plastic Process Technician
